Development Details
 | Phase I of this project is complete and features two Class A office buildings, a 4-star European hotel, multiple restaurants ranging from several fine dining establishments to a deli and a coffee shop, a salon-spa, a fitness center, retail shopping and a ballroom. A waterfront park and amphitheater, with a waterfront promenade and trail system, compliment the development. Located alongside Squalicum Marina with more than 1,400 boat slips, the development allows easy access to guest moorage and docking for seaplanes. An on-site US Customs Office and US Coast Guard Station encourage boater visits.
