A waterfront park and plaza at the premier Bellwether on the BayTM development on Bellingham Bay near Squalicum Harbor. Patio-style chairs, tables and benches on the plaza make it a great place to relax or enjoy a picnic.  Outdoor events and concerts are featured at the Bellwether stage during summer months.  The Squalicum Promenade paved path connects Bellwether to Squalicum Harbor.
